accueille les \u00e9quipements principaux de l\u2019installation \u00e9lectrique et de communication d\u2019un logement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Son <strong>courants faibles<\/strong> (coffret de communication : internet, TV, RJ45, t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, domotique)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>faciliter la <strong>maintenance<\/strong>, les \u00e9volutions et les mises aux normes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>am\u00e9liorer la <strong>s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong> et la lisibilit\u00e9 de l\u2019installation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column d&rsquo;une GTL peut \u00eatre obligatoire :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La GTL est <strong>obligatoire<\/strong> dans les cas suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Logements neufs<\/strong><br>Toute construction neuve doit int\u00e9grer une GTL conforme \u00e0 la norme <strong>NF C 15-100<\/strong>, avec le tableau \u00e9lectrique et le coffret de communication install\u00e9s dans ce volume d\u00e9di\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>R\u00e9novations \u00e9lectriques compl\u00e8tes<\/strong><br>Lors d\u2019une r\u00e9novation totale (remplacement du tableau, redistribution des circuits, remise aux normes), la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une GTL devient obligatoire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>B\u00e2timents collectifs (copropri\u00e9t\u00e9s)<\/strong><br>Dans les immeubles neufs ou r\u00e9nov\u00e9s, chaque logement doit disposer de sa propre GTL afin de regrouper les arriv\u00e9es individuelles issues des colonnes montantes (\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et communication).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Les cas o\u00f9 la GTL n\u2019est pas obligatoire<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Logements anciens non r\u00e9nov\u00e9s<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aucune obligation r\u00e9troactive n\u2019impose la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une GTL si l\u2019installation n\u2019est pas refaite class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Petites r\u00e9novations \u00e9lectriques<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le simple remplacement de prises, d\u2019interrupteurs ou de luminaires n\u2019impose pas l\u2019installation d\u2019une GTL.<br>\ud83d\udc49 L\u00e0 encore, l\u2019anticipation des futurs besoins (fibre, domotique, borne de recharge, etc.) rend la GTL pertinente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 modules d\u2019\u00e9quipement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La GTL est donc le <strong>c\u0153ur technique<\/strong> du logement, garantissant s\u00e9curit\u00e9, accessibilit\u00e9 et conformit\u00e9 aux
